You have a serious problem. The water in the radiator will expand as it freezes, and you may find that the radiator has burst. But worse than that, if you have pure water in the block, that might have expanded and frozen. So you may have cracked your block. Continue running hot water over everything for a while. Then start your car. If it still runs and if it holds water. immediately drain the radiator and refill with 50/50.

Push it into a garage and put a heater on it.Ive seen some crazy things and i don't no if I should tell you to do this but i seen a guy take charcoal and put it under his motor in a steel garbage lid it wasn't really on fire just hot coals.Or they sell dipstick heaters that you plug in. if your cars radiator froze you may have bigger problems if your freeze plugs come out they are fail safe systems so your block doesn't crack if frozen.as soon as it thaws and you have antifreeze or water coming from bottom of engine than your freeze plug came out.

A hair dryer will work, but the radiator is probably toast.
The ice has probably busted welds and the radiator is going to leak like a sieve.

Wrap it in blankets and let it thaw slowly to reduce the risk of cracking the block or popping the freeze plugs. Try to push or tow it inside also.

Let it melt on its own. Do not do anything else to it or you may make a bad situation worse. You will be lucky if you don't already have damage to your radiator.
