Large corporations save money by buying in bulk and giving all their business to limited suppliers. If consumers did the same, they would be able to pressure large corporations to get better deals. In turn this would help corporations to function better with less competition but of course not reduced to monoplies. They can cut costs by reducing the excessive wages of executives, not to make them puapers but just trim the fat. This co op would be through the internet and worldwide.
corporations see this as the only way to operate so why should it be any different for everyone else.

your idea is flawed in that you imply that executives salaries would be cut. This would NOT happen. They always screw the little guy.

$15.00 and hour is too much for the worker making the product...but 1.5 mil a year if not enough for the execs....

Nice thought though.

OH my goodness!!! I had to laugh when I saw the 2 last answers that said a CO OP building is one where men and women live. LOL Well, yea, both sexes live in a co op building, but that is NOT what a co op is! LOL The last 2 answerers are mixing up the term CO OP with COED ! LOL The guy who gave you the long winded answer is right. Co op has nothing to do with being coed. LOL
