I don't care about race or gender, I care about their ability to lead this country. I feel Democrats cannot lead this country, because liberalism is a weakness and a terrible misunderstanding of national security, international relations and economics. Since the Dems are the only ones offering a black male and white female, I will not be voting for them. Get it?

Whats wrong with it? It's about time America changes don't
you think? Why can't we have either a woman president and
a black vice president, or a black president and a woman vice
president? It is time for change in America, new ideas new
way of doing things. New policies and diplomacy's, it couldn't
be any worse than what we have now.

Not a problem - it is the experience, drive, diplomacy and character of the person that is important.

I am not a big fan of Hillary ( I believe she is running more for ego than public service), but Obama would be a great choice with more experience. I would vote for him if he was a VP with a Dennis Kursinich as president.

I wouldn't have any problem with Condi Rice for president. The thought of someone like Charlie Rangel as president makes my brain throw up.

It totally depends on their stance on the issues. I want the person who puts the safety and well being of the US CITIZENS first. Race and gender have nothing to do with who will make a better president.

Who Cares?

As long as the Country is taken care of I really could care less for the color of skin. Unfortunately, not one Politician has been able to take care of the country in the last 18 years.

if they can run the country properly i have no problem, come on America! is that all we look at for a politician, their looks and race? what about their politics? is there any reason why we look so stupid internationally? we are to concerned about what someone does behind doors, or the race of what their parents were instead of looking at solutions to help our country become better.

Color or gender shouldn't be an issue. Mrs. Bill Clinton is not the one even if she hooked up with the inexperienced Obama.
On the other hand, if you need experience, a Rice/Powell or Powell/Rice would probably please the majority of the people.

I don't think race or gender matters, as long as it's someone who's capable of running the country.
