It entirely depends on the sitiuation.
If you were out for a run - and upon returning home she took off her shoes because they were bothering her - and then sniffed her foot (just to make sure she wasn't stinking up the whole room) I would guess she was comfortable in my presence and quite considerate.
If you were at a fancy party and she plunked down on the couch and removed her shoe and sniffed her foot for no particular reason - I would guess she was a little odd. (As is your question!)

I would say she was a down to earth, the not afraid of getting dirty type. So many women these days are so prissy they are afraid of their own natural body odors and treat their own bodies like they're a toxic waste facility. They try to fumigate themselves and sterilize themselves, until all that is left is deoderant, douche, moisturizers, hairspray, perfume, talcum powder, nail polish, and makeup.
Sometimes I wonder how all of these chemicals don't cause women to spontaniously combust.

I'd think that she was concerned about how she smelled in front of someone she obviously wanted to impress and that she felt comfortable enough around you to not have to run to the bathroom to smell her feet. I'd take it as a compliment.

Um, why exactly would a person sniff her foot? If she was afraid of it smelling she could go to the bathroom, and check it there. I just don't understand why she would sniff her foot?
