Commie fags, hippies, dirtbags, traitors... ruskies.... however, the official name was PEACE NIKS...

Ms. Fonda was a small part of the 60s protest, despite what revisionists may say. She was married to Tom Hadyn, a member of the infamous Chicago Seven, who were arrested for inciting a riot at the 1968 Democratic National Convention. He, along with Abbie Hoffman, Jerry Rubin and Bobby Seale, called themselves Yippies after their political party, the Youth International Party.
There were actually many groups that protested governmental policies in the 1960s and 70s. The Black Panthers, the Student Non-violent Coordinating Committee (SNCC), Veterans Against the War (which is having a resurgence today - go figure.)
So, in answer to your question, there is no one name for the people who protested in the 1960s. I would call them activists or free-thinkers or even patriots but some would call them traitors.

She was called many many foul and harsh names that she lived up to. as for the protesters I think the more common name was Dirty,Peace loving, Barefoot,Pinko commie Hippie
