I'm sure Pondlifes extension should have a warning sign, or at least a sign that points you in the right direction (blink, and you'll miss it!)...

I like to find the best and most efficient way of doing something. That means the way that yields the result I want without too much effort. I would simply go around the fence. However, if that's not an option, then bring out the tools. I'm sawing my way through this thing. Mars in Libra 12th house conjunct Ascendant and Sun, square Moon

bought a house, it would of been nice to know where are the holes are that the previous dogs dug up. I suppose if the grass was cut on a timely basis I might actually see the hole. I have had some misfortunate happens because of those hidden holes.
is misfortunate spelled wrong? Yahoo spelling says it is but Word says it isnt.

It depends where it was - if you feel into it from a puiblic walkway, or it was in any public place and there was no warning signs or barriers, they could be liable - if how ever it was in someone's backgarden, or any other private place then you'd be to blame - basically becaue you either shouldn't have been there or should have know about the work being carried out.

Don't be silly. You're supposed to jump them on a horse! Then you should never lose your footing having a jump ever again. The hangover is optional ;)

As a Bricklayer myself with many years experiance of silly house people, even signs would not stop people falling down holes lol
The words ' look there is a great big hole in the back garden so try not to walk around in the pitch black ' seem to have no effect
