I get Migraines a lot and everything can be trigger
computer screens, not enough sleep, too much sleep, not eating, eating certain foods, smells, no caffiene, to much caffiene, certain medications that are suppose to cure headaches (those are rebound headaches) Etc etc etc etc.

Well, many things CAUSE a headache, such as stress, reading for too long, very loud noises over a period of time (stereos, etc.). But what actually happens is that your blood vessels constrict- that's what happened to me when I got symptoms of a migraine.

Nightmares!! I wake up to a headache when I have had a Nightmare!! Only happens rarely but they are memorable!!

Oh..um not eating enough yesterday and then swimming..but it was indoors don't worry! I might not hae drank enough either..I don't know...but my boyfriend told me to eat more before I left..and I didn't. So I should have listened to him. I had a horrible headache.

I hate when people sit there and say stuff over and over again.
Thats really annoying.I also get a headache when little kids start arguing over very stupid stuff.

I get migraines so lack of sleep , changes in weather patterns ( barometer rising or falling) and cheese
