That depends on the time of the year. Lately I've been sleeping with a big, warm blanket and I've had a small thin blanket wrapped around my feet too to keep them warm (they get cold easily). My husband also sleeps next to me, but both of us move around rather often when we sleep, so we usually keep a little distance in order to avoid constantly waking each other up.

2, plus a sheet, and sometimes wear a sweatshirt over the PJs because it's really cold in the house!
Of course, if I weren't single I could cut down to just 1 blanket. Thank you for reminding me of this painful fact.
