Ok, so the terminalogy may not be correct, but I need help. I have a start button in the left hand corner and a blue bar across the bottom screen. Well my son did something either with the keyboard or mouse and now the start button and bar and vertically up the right side of my screen and it is driving me nuts. HELP

Left click on the "blue bar" that you now have on the right side of your screen and "drag" it to the postion where you want it to be. It won't appear as if if you're dragging it. Once you "unclick" it will be in the position you "unclicked" it at.

I think you can just click on it and drag it to the bottom where it used to be.
