I don't mind with a digital camera as long as there are many, and I can delete the bad ones.

Have you ever looked into your family album. Pictures when you were a child. Pictures of your mother. Pictures of your father. Pictures of your little brother; Pictures of your sister when she fractured her arm; Pictures of your pet dog Dino. These pictures taken 30 years ago? Doesn't it bring in back to you fond memories. Yesterday in Oprah's show the players from 'Desperate Housewives' were telecast. The star player's picture as a bespeckled kid was shown to the audience and how they loved it. They screamed. The glow on their faces; the tears in their eyes. Photos relating to a loving past. The past that more than oftentimes brings tears to eyes. I love photos; photos of my family; photos of my children; photos of my pets. Photos take me back to the precious moments that I ought never to have forgotten but did. Photos bring tears to my eyes too, always and everytime though I manage to hide them, always and everytime. And if you now ask me if I like my photo taken, I answer "Always and Everytime". My children will go through this circuitous question sometime later in life and will answer the same. Only time will tell.

When I know I look good, when the lighting is good, when I'm with good company, I love having my photo taken
I hate it when people take my photo when I'm eating and in the midst of doing something else.
In other words, yay for posed shots, nay for candid shots. (: Good question.

Only if there are other people in the frame. I feel awkward if it's just me attempting at that fake smile.
