Can a person do some very bad things but redeem themselves as a good person in the end? I think it is hard to be a good person - what do others think?

I believe if a person does something very bad and feels guilty after wards and look for ways to be redeemed, they will end up a good person. Most things are judged by the feelings of humans, if you have a guilty conscious when you do bad, then you are basically a good person. If you have no guilt after you do bad, then you are considered a bad person. I believe that trails and tribulations can sometimes make a person behave badly. We also have chemical imbalances that contribute to this factor.

It all depends on how a good person is "good". An efficient person is strong and determined, yet a kind person is honest and caring and a smart person is witty and intelligent.
I think, to be a good person you have to work for it, it definitely would be hard to be a good person.

I think as long as you try your best to help others, be genuine no matter who you are around, and if you do bad things you are willing to admit that you where wrong and seek forgiveness from whom ever it is that you wronged, that's what makes a good person.

No.
Yes, I did.
It is hard to be good all of the time, I agree. For the most part, though, I'm pulling it off.
