(1), (2) & (3) are all stragetically located in the same area, in the heart of the city called Bugis, a busy & famous spot for both Singaporeans & tourists and it is exceptionally accessible to other nearby areas & big shopping malls. Try to go to BUGIS STREET for shopping in the evening or night time, the clothes, shoes & bags are cheap and really nice. Fetch for a good price if you're buying more pieces. If you're free, try to visit Sim Lim Square in case you wld like to buy any IT or electronic gadgets.

For your info, the backpackers' hotel prices rendered are exceptionally low and affordable than the normal 2 or 3 stars Singapore hotels by 40 - 60%. So it is really cheap and most importantly, you get to know more international room mates and get interactions with them.

Visit http://www.streetdirectory.com for locations on the road maps & directions and http://www.smrt.com.sg for Singapore's public transportations.

Also, visit these informative websites at http://www.visitsingapore.com , http://www.yellowpages.com.sg for interesting spots for tourists. Trust me, I'm sure these 2 websites will help you alot.
