I think she did because of the words she choose. If you read between the lines, she's telling Peter she's proud of what he's done and that he inspires people and that he needed to be Spiderman again (by that timein the movie, Peter had said he was through being Spiderman).

yeah, I think she had figured it out. I haven't seen that movie for a long time, so I don't really remember how it went, but I do know that I got the weirdest feeling that she knew exactly who Peter was.

Ofcourse no because if she knew she would tell him directly instead of looking here and there, but she didnt know and if she knew peter was spider man she would be proud and excited.

yes, they talk more about that in Spider man 3, cant wait for it too come out, it looks cool. usually the 3rd part of movies end up being really crap.....except for lord of the rings that is.
