First, you sound like just who I wanna meet. But, since that can't happen. Listen to your Heart. Listen to how it wants you to be happy. Your Heart won't make it, if you go feeling bad about things. Blood flows better, when it's flowin' freely. You know what's right about you. GOD will handle the rest. Believe HIM!

Noel. It is understandable that you are feeling like that, because as you said, you were victimized and bullied as a teen.

Recovery takes time. You still have time to achieve anything because you are young. Are you undergoing treatment for your conditions? If so, great! If not, you do need help. You can't do it alone, or you could be making things more difficult for yourself.

You need to understand that even the people who have not gone through the emotional traumas to what you were subjected, do not have everything they want in life. But we keep trying.

Never give up on that what is good. Keep trying to do things better. Most people detect when they are about to get into one of those episodes of rage, and found a simple way to control them, with the aid of medications prescribed by the doctors seeing them, and by excusing themselves from those they are talking with and walk away from them before they "explode".

By excusing themselves and walking away (before anything is said) helps you to avoid having those near you to see your aggressive moods. People will be more willing to talk to you, and you will be making new friends as time passes.

But you must follow your doctor's advise, because after all he/she has a more detailed history of your condition, which is very much needed to properly help you.

Well no-one lives forever, so of course time is running out. The good news is that 29 is still very young and you have lots of time left. You still can turn your life around and lead a fulfilling existence. I'm 30 and have often feel like I haven't acheived anything, that I haven't gained the things that I want from life. I keep my mind on the fact that I have the power to change things for the better.
The key thing is to take responsibility for your life, don't sit around waiting for things to happen.

As for timing, as long as you're still breathing, it's never too late. Seize the day.

As somebody who was bullied himself, I took my anger and let it be turned into compassion. I feel sorry for others who were in the same situation, and eventually, began to feel sorry for the victimizers, too.

My problems are easier to deal with in a community, which in my case is my church. And having a reason to get out of bed in the morning helps. I'm highly recommending Rick Warren's "Purpose-Driven Life." Check it out. Once you change your focus from inward (yourself) to outward (God, other people with problems), you'll find your own problems seem a lot smaller.

Hi. From what i understand, you juz simply wanna change your life for the better.

Go down to any main bookstore and invest in this book, 'Master your Mind, Design your Destiny' written by Adam Khoo.

Read it with your heart, and participate in all the activities. Trust me, you won't regret, cos that book answers all your qns. I've experienced the power of this book, and words will not do it justice. Juz read it and you'll know what i mean.

OK noel..Sitting at home doing fu ck all only gives you time to think about all your problems and makes things worse. Get off your as s and go out to find a job and make all these things happen.

Nothing will ever change if you just sit at home waiting for things to change.
