So does anyone really send in those project registration cards?

I mean, they ask you a bunch of personal questions and then want YOU to provide the stamp!

Usually they are only to get you on a mailing list but sometimes your warranty doesn't work if you don't mail in the card.

ok I'm stumped.What project? A simple registration card for a product simply indicates u sent in a card that came with the product and that u'll wait in line if it breaks. Other than that, marketing. 3rd party mail lists, etc
