You need to make up an accurately-weighed solution of sodium hydroxide in water 0.500 moldm-3. Say 2.00g made up to 100cm3 of solution in a volumetric flask.

Then you carry out a number of titrations, repeating until you get results which agree to within 0.1cm3. Methyl orange would be a suitable indicator. Acid in the burette, NaOH (say 10.00cm3) in the conical flask.

You need to research basic titration methods in order to write a decent plan.
