You could use dog treat recipes or even buy a sm. bag of hard dog food for treats.

I don't know about treats specifically for rats, but rats have similar nutrition needs to us. They like most of the food we like. Just experiment. Most love peanut butter, yogurt, raisins, dry cereal, etc. One of my rats loves vegetables and the other's more of a fruit guy. You just have to experiment to see what your specific rat likes. If you really want to make something, I would think some kind of fairly healthy cookie (maybe oatmeal raisin?) or muffin would be a big hit.

I doubt you'd find any. I had pet rats as a teenager. They'll eat almost anything, so use your imagination when treating your rat. Try cereal (those rainbow puff things were a favourite), and fresh veggies.

Oh, and dog food!!!
