Most women who act like a lady are perceived as snobby or stuck-up. It is obvious by Jade’s appearance, character and language that she has had a very difficult life and she has never learned proper conduct.
Also look at her mother. The apple doesn’t fall very far from the tree there…

i think Cleo felt sorry for Shilpa and decided that either her or jade had to go for the peace in the house,if it had have been a certainty that only jade would have had to go,i am sure that she would have only voted for Jade

i totally agree with all the comments on here, i mean shilpa can control herself and stay composed and dignified whatever jade and her crew throw at her. however if shilpa says anything to jade, she merely raises her voice and makes the whole nation cringe. and it dosent help with the likes of jo and dani giggling in the background, sending off the vibe that they approve of what is going on
