A friend of mine got raped by unknown number of evil people. Now, she's 2 months pregnant. She wants an abortion. I know killing human life is a sin. But knowing the child is a child of an evil person, how would I convince her not to commit abortion? Our friends are now discussing what to do. Please help. We need advice.

This is a hard decision but in my opinion its a sin to kill a human being and if she doesn't want the child she could always have it and give it up for adoption that wouldn't make her a bad person. Theirs lots of women out there who can't have children and I'm sure she would help them out by giving the baby up for adoption but an abortion is not the solution, I'm totally against that

Just make sure she knows what she is doing. I do not like abortion but in this kind of case I think a woman should have a choice. Make sure she will not regret what she does. Abortion is not just something that will go away, she will have to deal with it for the rest of her life. Just make sure you ask her that if she does this, she will be OK and wont regret it for the next 5 or 10 years. Good luck and pray for her. Thats the best thing you can do.

Im pro-choice....for the right reasons. I do not think abortion should be used as a form of birth control, but other than that I think that a woman has a choice, and she needs to do whats best for her and her child. It does NOT make her a bad person. People always say its a sin...and to some it is but always remember that God ALWAYS forgives. The situation your friend is in is awful, I feel for her. If having an abortion is what she thinks is best then she should do it and hopefully no matter what she decides, you...as her friend will stand by her. Good luck sweety.

I'm sorry about your friend the scum who raped her should be severely punished. As far as I'm concerned they should get life in prison. Bur her child shouldn't be punished for their crime. If she is unable to raise her son/daughter she can put him/her up for adoption.

It is such a hard decision to make for her. I would advise you to let her think herself what to do. I don't know how old she is, but if she keeps the baby, she has to come to terms with the idea of that child growing up and asking for his/her father, always supposing that the father doesn't know anythink about the baby.
It would be hard for the child knowing the father and not knowing him at all.
In any case I hope she has reported those people to the Police!
It's never too late if she hasn't done so.

I'm very sorry that happened to your friend. I think of it this way: if I were the product of a rape, I would still want to live. Perhaps your friend could consider placing the baby for adoption...I'm not sure it's a good idea for your friend to keep and raise a child that was conceived in brutality instead of love...it seems the child would be a constant reminder of the incident.
I would definitely be on the side of adoption

don't let her do it! tell her that she should give up the baby since its not wanted, and just cuz the person raped her does not in any means make that baby evil! tell her this! also explain to her that there are so many ppl who can't have children and would love to adopt her baby, that they would raise it right and make it not "evil" Take her to an adoption agency and they will set her up with adoptive parents right away, most will pay for all doctor visits and ultrasounds, even housing, bills and food to make sure that baby will stay healthy!

It is an awful thing that happened to her, but the new human life forming inside her is not at fault - it is100% innocent. If she thinks it is too painful to keep the child, give it up for adoption. There are tons of couples out there who can't have children of their own and want to adopt, especially a newborn. Ultimately it is up to her, this is just an idea if she decides against abortion. Support her and be her friend no matter what.

The child is also of an innocent victim. The child shouldnt be punished because daddy stinks.
Furthermore,why the heck did she wait for a heartbeat?
The morning after pill wouldve prevented conception.

Its her decision. If she chooses abortion you should stand by her as a friend and not condem her for that.
She has been through hell already. The last thing she needs is a bunch of people coming down on her telling her that she is wrong for getting an abortion.
