Yes, they are...as long as they're worn as your only fashion statement. Many people try to pair too many trendy things with each other. Thus, they become a fashion "don't." But, if you stick to wearing your heels with jeans and a simple top or an all black outfit or anything else as long as it isn't flashy, you're able to wear the "trendy" things longer.

Yeah! I love them, I want a pair so badly, but mom says that there's no way I'd ever get them! And I see them everywhere, in magazines, and on celebrities!

Yes if worn with like a black skirt and hose....maybe a white blouse...keep it simple.
