don't drink too much - you could throw off your electrolyte balance which can cause swelling of the brain and death.

I think 8 glasses are the required consumption. You can drink any amount you want but make sure you go"pee"......if not you can get water intoxication or hyper-hydration which can cause death.

it would be truly extaordinary to see someone drink more than a gallon. i mean you might get the gallon down but your going to hurl. i've tried it you just can't drink a gallon and keep it down. i also bet my friend he couldn't drink a gallon of milk in a day. he ended up pukin milk all over the sofa. but i got $50 bucks off him. so it was worth it.

we're required to drink "at least" 8 glasses of water per day. you can drink more if you want.

6 litres is what we recommend for people who are engaged in outdoor activities with plenty of strenous work and sweat. Else, 3-4 litres will be sufficient.
