I have yes and not by putting them on wrong either, just a narky old bag at times and my knickers twist when I am.

convinced each of the time easily, concerning both meanings of the word. easily having twisty knickers, and getting agitated, flustered, or disenchanted. (To absolutely everyone who may no longer understand.)

sometimes when your in a major rush to put them on you get them all twisted up so its crossed over in the middle, very annoying.
however I only wear thongs which only get slightly twisted on the elastic..

Actually, yes.
That why I opt for the silky thongs versus cotton panties when wearing jeans now. I believe it has something to do with friction.....
or it could be those people who don't use brakes or turning signals while driving. :) lol
