approximately one week after is when you are most fertile

You can get pregnant at any time of the month, even during your period....there is no "Infertile" time, just times where you are more susceptible to fertilization than normal. Condoms can break all the time; you really need to find another form of birth control to use with them; foam, jelly, birth control pills, the patch, the shot, something!

Sweetie, anytime you have intercourse you risk getting pregnant.I dont know who came up with this "safe time" but, there is no safe time.Anytime you have intercourse it matters not how far or how near your cycle is,you risk getting pregnant.
If you are considering having intercourse you need to ask yourself some questions,"Would i ever consider, having this guy as a father of my child?" or"Am i old enough, and ready to be a mother?".That is something you need to ask yourself. If the answer is no,you should not engage in intercourse.Anytime you have intercourse you risk it,so if you wouldnt consider having him as the father of your child, you shouldnt engage in it.
Not only is there pregnancy, but there is also stds. The majority percentage of those,(Male and female) who have contracted an std, dont even know. They are unaware they have even contracted an std,so therefore they dont think they have one,and they engage in unprotected intercourse. In turn, unawaringly, infecting their partner with that std.
If you are still, convinced you are ready to engage in intercourse, protect yourself.Be prepared and educated on the risks.Make sure you protect yourself.Go to your gyno and get placed on birth control, they arent 100% and dont prevent the contraction of stds so have another form of protection available. The only form of protection that is 100% accurate, and effective is abstinence.Good luck hun and have a good day.

There is always a chance of getting pregnant, no matter when one has sex. Which is why one should always use protection if one isn't planning for a child.

sometime it depend on the amount of days your period over, like if you had your period after 14 day and have sex you might not get pregnant.

Yes. Since you have already had your period, that just means that you are able to have a baby. Having a period doesn't mean that when it's over you can't have a baby!!

Well if you have sex on the 13th, 14th, 15th days when you ovulate you could get pregnant. As far as before that slight possibility.
