I don't mean at the mall or a stadium. I mean would you show it off at the beach or walking on the boardwalk? Would you wear a thong any place that swimming trunks are acceptable, and what age are you? I'm doing a little social science survey by age group. Thanks for your help.

41 and been told i have a great butt, but definitely wouldn't sport a thong....though if a jock was acceptible, I'd be right there...lol

well I am not in fighting shape anymore but I am close. I am not a fan of thongs due to the rear strap being an annoyance. Now I might be lured into wearing a strapless thong, those are pretty sexy!
but honestly I much prefer my men to be manly so not just any design would do, cammo makes anything look good ;)

Honestly, even if I were in decent enough shape to wear one and look good, I wouldn't. Being "sexy" isn't about showing off what you have, it's about showing just enough to intrigue someone, to make them interested enough to want to find out. Half the fun of Christmas is unwrapping the present, the anticipation of wondering if the gift inside is as nice as the packaging.

I do at the beach. I'm in my early 40's and I'm still the same size I was in high school. In fact, I'm in even better shape now than I ever was. I inherited a fantastic metabolism.

Had a friend who wore a green one, over his jeans, on St Pat's day, as he went about his business in town, about ten years ago. . . this was in AZ. . . can you believe that not one person even looked at this insane/obscene/laughable image? with recognition of what was happening, right in front of them? amazing the blindness of folks.
To answer your question?
If one wishes to expose or display themselves in this way, why not just go without? Whatever 'shape' they may be in? It's becoming a bold, new, world. . . and when just about anything 'goes' (including clothes), we may rise above the taboos of body, and be a more balanced species . . .

I'm 32, and would wear a thong, but to actually do anything in it I don't think would be practical, unless I'm alone with my wife!
