if you lost consciousness at all (or thought you did), then i would see a doctor, or (if you are in the UK) call NHS Direct on 0845 46 47 where you can talk to a nurse.

I would doubt if it actually did anything to you... i've hit my head about a billion of times and im fine... i even hit my head on a ceiling fan that was moving as fast as it could i got a bump but thats not the only time i've actually hit my head... i mean so far i dont have anything wrong with me, but everybody is different, but chances are you'll probably be fine.

If you were feeling sick a couple of times during last 2 days, then you should go to doctor immidiately.
If no, you simply should go to doctor as soon as you can, despite it seems you have nothing to worry about.

should be alright.

ice it for the swelling, but i doubt there is any major thing.
at most a very mild concussion.

but the moment you experience dizziness or feel like vomitting, go to a doctor straight away..
