If you can afford to get a facial, start with that. They can also guide you as to how to keep your pores minimized so there will be less of a chance of blackheads. Biore strips work great as well.
If you are going to squeeze any. Steam your face first so that the pores are more open. The blackheads will come out easier and you will have less chance of scarring.

Try using the following recipe. My daughter and I both use this and it works.
Recipe:
1/4 Cup boiling water
1 teaspoon Epsom Salt
3 drops of Iodine
Combine all ingredients.
Let mixture cool until it is comfortable to touch.
Saturate a cotton ball with the mixture and dab on blackheads.
This will allow the blackheads to loosen so they can be easily squeezed.
Make sure to keep your hands clean when squeezing.
Afterwards, clean face very well and apply Witch Hazel.
This works great for us. I hope it works for you.

Neautrogena two in one million blackhead pads (I suppose that is what it is referred to as.) I use them each morning and it makes my epidermis so amazingly gentle, and appears to be making the blackheads on my nostril leave. Moisturize. Use an Aveeno moisturizer, it's going to additionally support maintain your face best and tender all day. At the top of the day I wash my face with an Aveeno purifier (after starting off mascara/every other make up you perhaps dressed in) Also, do not put on make up. It ruins your epidermis. Mascara/eyeliner/eyeshadow lipstick/lipgloss are ok, however concealers and all that wreck your epidermis after years of use. I in no way use that stuff and I get tons of compliments on how transparent my epidermis is :o So, I wish this is helping! :)

I also like those nose strips that you get wet, apply and let dry for awhile. Then when you feel like your nose is totally dried out from the strip, and it is all dry, then peel it off quickly.
You'd be amazed at all the stuff that comes off on that thing. Hold it up eye level and it will blow you away.
I also squeeze them but it can give you a tiny scar. At least, that's what they say. I don't have scars from squeezing.

Blackheads on your noese or nose?
My suggestion is to carefully suqeeze them out one by one with your finger tips and then keep your face clean. It is a sign that your not washing your face often.

get yourself one of the black head remover tools like the one below from revlon. I asked my dermatologist about it and they said it was fine to use. Just be sure it was after washing face or taking shower to ensure the pores were open. Try to keep your skin as clean as possible, but not use harsh cleansers.
this handy tool is just pressed against the skin and out pop the little black heads. Tweezerman also makes one. I think I got mine at the local longs drug store or CVS.

Try an exfoliating cleanser. I like the St Ives Medicated apricot scrub. Their pore minimizing gel cleanser helps also.
