This is somewhat hard to describe without a picture, but press along the edges of the bony orbits surrounding the eyeballs. Basically, put your index finger or thumb slightly into the eye socket (not so deeply as to put pressure on the eyeball), then press straight toward the bony edge and ever so slightly towards the inside of the bone. The pressure should then be towards the structure and slightly outward. Hold each pressure point for at least a few seconds. Work your way around the entire opening using that technique.

green tea bags on the shut eye rocks. get them hot ring them out and put on eyes. dont leave on for more then ten minutes.
