white, what are they and where do they come from?

They are definately bugs as the walk around.

it could be most any bug, bugs are attracked to the brightness of the screen, in the summer i gett tiny fruit flys all over my tv, because theyre small enough to fit through the window screens. try and catch one without squishing it, and use a magnifying glass and the internet to identify it.

I would likely guess dead pixels. Although if it was a bug, then maybe a moth if it flew away. Fruit flies are black so that wouldn't be the case. Actually I can't think of tiny white bugs that are actual insects, which means little because I am not an expert on the subject.
