At the risk of being a bit simplistic, look on the appropriate website for National Premium Bonds and if there is no link to that information, you will need to send them a query

If your still at the address the bond was registered to then you havn't won. If you've moved then register the change of address with http://www.nsandi.com. and they will inform you.
