I don't think the insults hurled at jade have anything to do with racism... Not that Ive ever heard anyway.. I'm not sure you should even use Jade Goody to make any points/statements about racism, or african women... I doubt that anyone calls Halle Berry, Jessica Alba or Nicole Richie ugly because they are mixed race, therefore I doubt that is why Jade is called ugly. Racism is alive and kicking but this has nothing to do with it. Try something like ... ...why Jews get an apology for the holocaust ..but no african nation, or black people in general would get an apology for slavery.

she isnt ..its the media just selling more newspapers and f*** the person as usual ..what they seriously missed was the class devide which if you are Indian (Asian) is very prevalent in their culture ..easy mark working class scum from council estate (sorry jade been there done it wore the T shirt :) to be honest think she has done very well its easy for sholpa to stand there... have great figure ... nice accent ... used to talking down to servants... servants gees shouldnt it be employees . to be honest she is downright snob ..seen it ....... ..have foreign name but been here x no of generation been at the low end but also the high thats British life we were integrated been here long time had unusual name not an issue mixed integrated didnt change UK didnt want to same with jade me thinks have great UK back ground more british than some and if the chips are down will use by the way Im british white but have foreign name ...maybe it helps to be european ..dont know ....... but sticks and stones may break my bones but names will never hurt me ............ ps my spell check wasnt working so no spelling comments please

You don't have to be white to be racist. Please check out the definition of racism: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Racism , http://www.answers.com/topic/racism and you'll find out that racism is a state of mind that can affect anyone, no matter what that person's color is.
Unless Jade said something directly derogatory about Shilpa's race, then there is no real proof that Jade dislikes Shilpa because of her race. She just might not like her because of her personality. Just because someone is mean to someone of minority ethnicity, it does not mean that they are being racist.

Anybody can be racist, irrelevant of colour, it doesnt make a difference! I haven't seen her say anything that is racist but there's an obvious class/culture clash. I don't like her either by the way, her voice does bad things to my brain!

Being of mixed race doesn't stop someone being racist, any way I don't think she is racist I think she is ignorant.
