It depends on what it is; also unless you have a licence to sell drugs from the FDA hang it up. The government will not let you sell anything if they won't let a kid sell lemonade in front her house the same will apply about your homegrown herbal remedies.

You can sell them but be careful and tell the buyers that they are on their own and you should not be held responsible and coined as a quack.
