If you're talking about paint,
Red+green = yellow
Yellow + red = orange

If you're talking about light:
Green + red = yellow
To get orange you have to mix unequal amounts of green and red.
It is commonly defined in RGB terms as (255,127,0) where the first corresponds to red, second green and third blue.

Actually yellow, blue and red are the primary colors. I don't think you could get orange or yellow out of mixing any of the three you listed.

Yellow + Red = Orange
Red + Blue = Purple
Yellow + Blue = Green

You can't can you? Unless you find some great way to separate the yellow from the green mixture!
