To be yourself! don't try to be something your not just so u can fit in, trust me there are all kinds of fit in groups now a days. Personality is everything I'm 38 and have a 11 year old little girl and I tell her the same thing and she is quite popular now because of just that. BE YOUR SELF! LOL And have fun. sunnydays

Be yourself. No one will be staring at you. There are many different races over here. You will probably find good support from other Asian-Americans, but don't be afraid to talk to people of all color. If someone isn't friendly at first have patience. It takes a while for some people to warm up to strangers.

Don't worry about it, you will be fine, this place is like a rainbow, so many different colors of people. The best way to make friends is *smile* and introduce yourself, extend your hand, it is like magic.

Instead of you trying to fit in,be yourself and have someone else fit in with you.
Be the trend setter,never the trend follower.

Be true to yourself and your beliefs and don't let others dictate how you should be, who you should be and why you should be. You live YOUR life and your "peers" are only on the outside looking in.

just be your self everyone here is so different but honey where i grew up most asians stick with asians.
