Very Good Option, U should send ur sugestion to the Parliament and they should consider it.
If the Complains FIr would be lodged electronically the complain of police not heeding towards it will end, and there will also be quick action for it.

Let us first change the negative mindset of police to a positive mindset. Without this no system will work.
