if you don't pay they will take back the goods you will be put on the bad credit list and won't be able to buy goods on credit from them again

do you mean what happens if you dont pay brighthouse.
they take the items back and you dont here no more from them.
you can get your items back by paying any arrears you owe or by restarting your contract.
