i have a 18 month contract with them but if they keep cutting me off surely they are breaking there contract no one at talktalk can give me a reason why this is happing what can i do when i asked for a refund they say my broadband is free so no refund

Talktalk is horrible. We're with them and we're changing as soon as our contract is up. That error message is because they are having problems. We usually lose connection for several hours.

TalkTalk are notoriously bad. If you can get away from them, come to Telewest - they do some great deals, & NEVER cut you off. You should always do some research before going into an agreement with these companies. TalkTalk have been bad for at least a year. The telewest site is - www.telewest.co.uk. See if there's anything you like on there.

Yes they are, get some compensation of them and then move to a different supplier.
