Big Brother, Love Island, the hairdressing one on Channel 4 whose name escapes me...
What is the attraction to these programs? Why on earth would you want to sit and watch a group of people just sitting around in a house or on an island. Perhaps I ought to put cameras up around my house and sell live pictures to ITV for broadcast. I could make a fortune!

Yes I am fed up big time. They have replaced some really good programs with all this reality crap. I don't know about anyone else but I can care less about what others are doing behind closed doors.. Bring back the good old days from the 80's and 90's before reality shows. It's programs like this that keep me away from the television and if I do watch television it few and far between and it's alot of stuff from back in the day. Since reality shows have started I have become more of a movie person at least the movies I watch have a plot to them and seem to go somewhere..

I know what you mean, washed up celebrities are getting really famous again just for getting their own reality show. I believe because people watch your every move and see how your personality is and they start to feel like they know you, like you've been a part of their lives for years.
i can't stand all the new reality shows, i'll stick to my realworld and that's about it!

As the other shows are concerned they'll keep making them because so many are getting famous just for having one, it's like having a new sitcom for most celebrities who can not shy away from the the first things they did to get famous in ex... danny bonnaduci can't get roles because type cast as a partidge all the time BAM, reality show he's famous again and the list goes on. It will never end until we stop watching!

So-called reality TV is definitely for people who do NOT have a life!

I think I'd like to see them throw a few guns or something into the Big Brother house. That way the series wouldn't last more than one night which is a night more than it deserves.

I know. It drives me up the wall too. There used to be interesting stuff to watch, but the amount has dwindled in recent years. I have become something of a brick wall with regard to BB. If I'm asked about it, I just say that I hate it.
Maybe it's like Marmite. You love it or you hate it. I can't wait till people develop better taste-buds.
Mind you what will they replace it with? More decorating / makeover shows? Aaaaarghhhh.....
