not a heavy period?

i m 14 years old i got my period when i was 12, ever since i strarted my period it has not ever been heavy so basically i can even use i pad throug out my whole period and this problem is making my stomach bigger

If I were you I'd go and see my GP/doctor as it seem that you are retaining a lot of water
