You can get a train from Amsterdam to Leiden. Leiden is 9km from Duinrell - so a taxi shouldn't cost too much.

Take a train from Amsterdam to Leiden. In Leiden, get on the 43 bus towards The Hague (Den Haag Centraal Station) and get out at the stop called "Van Oldenbarneveldweg" and wait for the the nr 90 bus towards Haarlem. (If I remember correctly, you have to cross the street and wait at the busstop on the other side.) Take the 90 to the Duinrell bus stop, and from there it's about a 5 minute walk. It will take you about an hour and a half/ hour and 45 minutes to get from Amsterdam central station to Duinrell.

If the wait for the 90 is too long, you could walk to Duinrell from there. Will take about 15-20 if you don't get lost! :)
