Mosquitoes do not have the immune system like humans.
But they have the ability to counter and become resistant to the insecticides by amplifying certain genes. They can metabolize the harmful chemicals.
Your question begs another question to be asked: why does not our immune system counter plasmodium? The answer is: Those plasmodium merozoites that circulate in the blood keep on manufacturing cell surface proteins very rapidly. This turnover baffles and befools our immune system.

Plasmodium (several different species of it) are the parasites that causes malaria. Mosquitos are the vector (carrier). Plasmodium lives in the blood cells of an infected person, so when a mosquito withdraws blood it also withdraws parasites. These undergo a couple of changes within the body of the mosquito and eventually migrate from the mosquito's stomach to its salivary glands. When a mosquito bites, it injects saliva first, which numbs the site and prevents coagulation of the host blood. Therefore if the mosquito carries Plasmodium, these are injected along with the saliva, begin to proliferate in the new host, and soon cause that person to develop malaria.

Yes they do. If they dint they wont have a resistance against pesticides and they would no longer exist. They need to suck blood in order to live longer and if they wont their immune system will become weak and they will die
