I live my life expecting extraordinary things to happen to me (and I am seldom disappointed). In fact, at the moment I am a bit overwhelmed. I've found that most people get roughly what they expect.

I just sigh and move on. Life is what you make it anyway, too much is put on being something special. Just be the best you can and that in itself is extraordinary..

We live in an age dominated by fear. the fear of death, illness, rejection, failure, old age. Imagination is what makes our sensory experience meaningful, enabling us to interpret and make sense of it, whether from a conventional perspective or from a fresh, original, individual one. This ability to master the body according to your will is exactly what power means. Magic, is a faculty that springs from the power of the mind and imagination, there are mysterious relations between the human body and the universe, and between the earth on which we live and higher spiritual worlds. There are many well known manifestations of negative imagination. You visualizations become the blueprints for your life. Your mental pictures, waking drams, your thoughts, and most important, your expectations, all contribute to the reality that you create. To use creative visualization it is not necessary to believe in any metaphysical or spiritual ideas, though you must be willing to entertain certain concepts as being possible. It is not necessary to have faith in any power outside yourself. So if you ever hope to achieve anything or gain more than you have now, begin with desire. It is the prime motivating force in all of us and, without an all-consuming desire; nothing can be achieved or gained. Our minds possess the power of healing pain and creating joy.
Breathing is a basic human need which we tend to ignore or take for granted until we experience difficulty with it. Breathing is almost synonymous with life because, in one or another, the respiratory breathing system supports all vital functions. Breathing is the bridge between the mid and the body and has a profound effect on both. It is the connection between the conscious and unconscious. In fact, experts unhesitatingly state that breathing is the key ingredient in physical and mental health.
The unpleasantness and pain of difficult emotions such as sadness, anger and resentment, and their impact on us, come largely from our holding them back and not letting them through. BY directly experiencing such feelings and participating with them through breathes work, you can free yourself from the bonds of much of their negativity. Working with the breath can be one of the quickest ways to overcome resistance painful and otherwise difficult feelings. When you are relaxed, you are more open and receptive to positive suggestions than when you are tense and anxious. Changes in feelings, especially if they are intense, are reflected in patterns of breathing, profoundly affecting the smooth, continuous flow of the breath. Fear, for example, produces fast, shallow breathing. Anger results in short, quick inhalations and strong, rapid exhalations. In anxiety states, breathing is also fast and sometimes irregular. Grief produces a characteristic sob and relief brings a sigh. Pain often causes a holding of the breath and can, in fact, produce a change in both breathing and emotion. By contrast, feelings such as joy, love and forgiveness induce slow, smooth, even respirations and a general sense of peace and well-being.

I just lay down try to put words in right place
try to let each of them make me amazed
when nothing around could make me smile
laughs said goodbye its all gone
when I'm still down
