It really depends upon the actress. Many actresses will use a body double for nude scenes, while others do the scene themselves. Most nude scenes for TV and film are done on what's called a "closed set" which means that only those members of the production crew necessary to shoot the scene are present. No onlookers, hangers-on or simply people wandering around the set, as is usually the case in non-nude situations.
The use of flesh colored body stockings is a thing of the past, since the high level of video definition in which TV and film is now shot makes such things easy to detect when looking at the scene.

Ever hear of body doubles, TV is the same as movies. Nude or almost nude scenes are done by stand-ins usually.

Actually, from watching the making of several movies and shows...They are actually naked, but they have tape the color of their skin covering their nipples, and women wear flesh colored undies. Men, they usually use like something to hold their priviate area down and in place, but the rest of them are nude...

because in this international, s-e-x is a secret concern. do not even talk about it. As a society, we do not communicate over with our childrens about it, or say that we are doing it. childrens can't learn about s-e-x. human beings on television shows do not say they have s-e-x, they in basic terms make you imagine that they do by technique of undressing in mattress smiling. no individual is having s-e-x except for on the internet, oh and slags, yet they are slags so gossip them because they are scum.
