I am about to be unlawfully terminated by a very powerful company with ties to the FBI. They have a long track-record of wrong-doing as shown by internet searches of cases against them with regard to treatment of their employees. My question is, anyone know the name of a good lawyer???

PS > There have been several cases won against this company, but most have pertained to Nuclear plants, Military installments, etc.

file an unlawful termination complaint with the eeoc, then go to the press with any evidence you have and expose the conspiratorial nature of the fbi's actions and get some investigational reporter on your side. also, you can contact the labor relations board and file a complaint, a justic department complaint against the fbi, and you can also contact a legal aid service for referrals to lawyers familiar with labor laws. just remember, if you are in a right to work state, such as texas, you'll be just wasting your time to even try. if you live in a state that requires unionization, you may get somewhere.
unless you really want to go forward with any class-action suit, since a single suit probably would not do much good, you'll have to have several other people to join with you before a decent law firm would try to go with it.

To do what? If you want to file a suit for unlawful termination, you will find that most attorneys want a retainer up front of $10,000, it takes 2 years to get any kind of resolution whatsoever, and in the meantime you're flagged forever as a crappy employee and can never get another job again.

Did you internet search show you any of those previous cases WON??? Because that would be the first thing I'd want to know before spending one second filing another losing case!

Depending on what city you live in most practicing attorneys in the area know who would handle that type of case, start calling the large law firms and they will steer you towards someone. Just be ready to have nothing to show for it in the year 2010.

Go and see a local lawyer & they may suggest someone who will take on your case. Good luck!
