The moon does HAVE gravity, its just much less than the earth, because its mush smaller. Small celestial objects tend to have smaller gravitational forces than large ones (compare the earth with the sun, the sun's gravity is so large, it pulls objects around itself as big as Jupiter, and as far away as Pluto!).

Who told you that it wasn't 'available'?
You should be aware that the first answer about air not being available shows an incredible degree if ignorance on what gravity is - air is not required.
There is gravity on the moon - just less of a force because it has less mass than the planet Earth - on the moon your weight would be 1/6th what it is here. Astronauts hopped about, didnt they? If there was no gravity one hop and they'd have flown off in to space.

Well air and gravity are not related. You can have gravity in a total vacuum, so there goes that theory!
Mass is related to gravity as is rotation. The earth has gravitational pull due to its constant rotation. The gravity that exists on the moon however slight compared to earths is like wind pressure upon a sail or the pressure systems associated with weather
The high moves towards a low. So tides are affected in accordance with the orbit of the earth and it relationship to the moon. So the moon does have small amount of gravity due to its mass and proximity to earth.

Gravity exists on the moon. Just not to the extent it does here. The moon is a much smaller body than the earth, so less gravity.

the force is there, but it is too low in magnitude. to be more precise the gravity on moon is 1/6 th of that on earth.
But there are some problems due to this low gravity conditions. the atmosphere on moon is almost negligible. hence ur parachute won't work on moon and u will land (fall) on the moon like anything. so although u may feel like having a drink i.e. very light, it can be disadvantageous.

There is gravity in moon but because moon's gravitational is 1\6th that of earth which is not sufficient enough to hold the atmosphere that is why u must be confused that there is no gravity on moon

Gravity depends on the mass of the object. The mass of the moon is much lighter then the mass of Earth, so the gravity force there will be less (and so will your' weight).

Gravity is available on the moon, but because the moon is so much smaller than the earth, gravity is only a small fraction (0.16) of what it is on earth.
