The thing is, all this practise is making me so good at chess that no-one at home will give me a game ?

ok so you had me there for a minute. No, I don't think that its the right time and place. You are being paid to work for the company. Put yourself in your employers positon and see if you think its fair then. I am sure you can find plenty of other times to practise. Put all that time into being that good at your job and maybe you will get a promtion for your hard work.

Not at all - I play with myself in the office all the time. Sometimes I get caught by the boss. He asks me to stay behind. And after everyone is gone he calls me into his office and has to reprimand me quite severlely!

yahoo chess standard edition will give you the game your looking for. the newer one stinks cause you cant boot anyone.

No, it's not wrong. Releasing some of the tension can do wonders for your efficiency at work. I do it all he time. lol
