My favorite show is Arthur, one of the most childish shows around!
I get up at 7am to watch it every morning and I just love it.
The thing is I'm 15! I need to stop watching this kiddie show, but I don't know how to break the habit. I feel so ashamed of myself, because I should be watching more adult shows, you know? Any ideas on how to break this habit?

Your only problem is that you think you should want to do something that you don't want to do. Relax. Arthur is probably more intelligent than most grown up shows on T.V. anyway. You don't need to break the habit. If you still want to break the habit, all you have to do is put a new, desirable habit in its place. Maybe get up at 7am and read a chapter of a book. Your O.K. do not be ashamed.

Is that the Big Red Dog?! No, that's Clifford. I loooove Clifford!

I say don't worry about it. You'll either love it into your adult years, or grow tired of it eventually. I have a feeling it will be the later, but don't let it bother you. There are thousands if not millions of adults that still enjoy things that seem childish. Adults that collect comic books, collect old cartoons that they used to love as a child, watch reruns of Mr. Rogers, etc.

everyone has problems, that's not even a problem, big deal, what you watch and what you enjoy had little bearing on how you act, well hopefully it has. so watch whatever you want and act the way you want, don't be ashamed, be proud of what you like, gee heck someone's gotta love it to be still on.

Don't worry there's nothing wrong with you. Some girls in my class still watch Arthur. People just have their different interests.

Give yourself a break. We've all got a few stupid things we do. That doesn't sound too bad.
