Washing your hair at night will not cause anemia as anemia is concerned with the amount of hemoeglobin in your blood. Which is oxygen and proteins in your bloodstream.
Washing your hair at night will not cause you to get a cold, however if cold and wet surfaces either being your hair or a wet surface from your clothes sits on your back over night it may cause a chill in your back and cause a cold if the immune system is down.
I wash my hair long hair at night, I just make sure it is practically dry and keep back dry.
Nothing like a hot shower at night before bed in winter and cold one is summer! Enjoy!

Colds do not come about as a result of the temperature. They come about as the result of you going inside to get out of the temperature. The viruses live comfortably indoors with your friends and family. As to washing your hair at night? No truth to that one.

See: Dust mite(s), Fungus, Microorganisms.
Look for words in these category “like”: habitat, substrate; temperature; resources; climate-range; local+ {all of the above and the right word in the site’s origin language for “Fish & Wildlife”, “Department of the Treasury”; etc.}. Pick up more key words as you go and most important read the stuff you find closely, use a dictionary- whatever. You’ll figure it out, won’t ya Dear?

your hair has nothing to do with the flow of blood(it's not veins or arteries)...the great effects you will get are having a clean hair and having a comfortable sleep...colds are caused by virus which is air borne...
