I don't think seeing a man in the nude is ugly. Not all women do.

Not all women think a nude man is ugly!!! don't generalize, alot of women I know like looking at their man nude.

Depends on the man. Gee hit the gym. Also youll never satisfy all women. Some women loved it when I was a skinny yoga guy in my teens, while they are put off because I bodybuilt now, while others love it and then there are those who love fluffy teddys with cushiony bellies, although I suppose they really do not have to be that naked for them.

I love nude men.But I'm not an average woman.I DO have orgasms,I DO like sex, just not with wild, monkey men on their terms.I like a steady boyfriend that has some in common with me.I always visualize a guy I like nude,walking around MY apartment (or hotel room).Not like a victim or anything ,no I want him to want to participate. When I was 23 I think I told my Mummy(mother) to get me a copy of Playgirl,with the NUDE MEN in it.She did,but she didn't know what was in it-she gasped,and said "that's terrible,don't leave that sittin' on the coffee table".

If I am understanding your question, it's not that women think seeing a man naked is ugly, they are either:
1. shying away, being coy, just part of the game; or
2. they really mean no, and are simply shying away to avoid giving the wrong idea.
See life's much simpler than we would like to think. :)
It is us that make it complicated.

sum women just dont understand that got gave us a body, we shouldn't be ashamed of wat we see. seeing a guy nude is not a terrible thing. god made it so it is perfect in his eyes. they should not be considering that it's ugly. the pics of nude women though r usally inappropiate because of the way their posing. i would say if u want 2, BE NAKED! IT'S OK!

Well speaking in general terms, women are not turned on by visual stimulation, unlike men. So women do not need to find naked men attractive naked if she wants kids.
Of course this is a hugely generalised answer to your question, but then it's a hugely generalised question.

nudity is not ugly, but appropriateness is a good thing.
sometimes it is okay to be nude. sometimes it is better to be clothed.
