Assuming that your question and situation are genuine, no.
Actually, it would depend a lot on your relationship; how strong it is, and your ages.
If she just wants to hang out in bars, she needs to get her life together or you need to find the door. Soon.
Just going to a nude resort has nothing to do with sex. That's not what social nude recreation is about, but my wife and I always went together because we're a COUPLE.
We did know several couples where one couldn't make it out to the resort on a weekend because of work schedule or other committment, and that was never a relationship issue, although most of the time, the couples were together at the resort.

Well, I believe that you two should both go together. I personally would not want other people seeing my significant other naked. I know some people are into that though. So if you can handle all that I would go out with her. Meet these guys and the nudist camp and maybe you'll discover something new that you enjoy.

One person in a relationship should not have the "power" to ALLOW the other person to do things. However, to answer your question, I would not be in a relationship with a partner who goes out with friends of the opposite sex several times a week.

It depends. Ask yourself the following.
1.) Do you trust the people she will be going out with? Do you think your girl will be alright with these people? Furthermore, will your girlfriend be comfortable with these people?
2.) How do you feel about this? If you're not the jealous type and you're good with #1, then it's ok.
Figure it out.
