no. cloning is still in the experimental stages of animal research. human cloning, contrary to science fiction, is still many years away. but it will probably be outlawed, with only organ cloning or growth from stem cells to get organs for transplant being allowed.that is if george doesn't get stem cells from dead frogs first.
